Digital products are non-returnable, but you are protected by our replacement warranty.
Replacement first
If your subscription stops working during the purchased period, contact us with your order number. We will repair or replace the access at no extra cost.
When we refund
- We cannot deliver the product you ordered.
- A replacement is not possible within 72 hours of a reported problem.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
When we cannot refund
- You changed your mind after the subscription was delivered and used.
- The account details were shared, resold, or the recovery information was changed.
- The provider suspended the account due to a terms violation on your side.
