Alpha Sync sells access to third-party digital subscriptions and software plans. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with the brands whose products we supply.

All orders are prepaid. An order is only processed after we verify the payment against the transaction ID you submit. Providing a false transaction ID will result in cancellation.

Access details are delivered by email and WhatsApp, normally within a few hours of payment verification. Delivery times may be longer for products with limited availability.

You may not resell, share publicly, or change the recovery details of any account we provide. Doing so voids the warranty for that order.

Every subscription is covered for its full purchased duration. If access stops working through no fault of yours, we will repair or replace it.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not responsible for data loss or business losses arising from a third-party service outage.
